About the Role
The aim of this role will be to ensure positive and lasting changes to professional response and system change in the women’s sector. Related to the strategic aims this role will also oversee a number of funded projects linked to front line women’s services and their service users, as well as survivor engagement within SEA (including the online Survivor Forum) and via partners. It will also require the line management of the colleagues delivering on these strands of work. The role will be based within the Specialist Team at SEA, working alongside the Financial Services Manager and reporting to the Head of Specialist Team & Survivor Engagement. The role will also work closely with the Financial Support Line and Casework Service Manager, who works across SEA and Money Advice Plus.
