Across the UK, over 400 organisations refer women for a Smart Works appointment, including job centres, refuges, prisons, working programme providers and other charities. The Service Delivery Team in each centre support clients to access their appointment.

We are recruiting for a Service Delivery Executive, based primarily in our South London centre, to support the smooth running of our service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, volunteers and visitors.

This role is a key part of the Smart Works London Service Delivery team, who support every single woman who accesses the Smart Works service in the capital- we have ambitious targets to help over 3000 women in the next year, and in this role you will often be the first point of contact a client will have with Smart Works. Our team is friendly and professional, and we work closely together to make sure every client has an outstanding experience when they visit us.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and hard-working individual. The role requires a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills and a drive to ensure all women who visit us have the best possible experience. The role would be based in the South London centre with occasional visits to other London centres. These locations are part of Smart Works Charity. There will be some travel to and liaison with the Group  to support induction, training and participation in regular meetings, phone calls and conferences with other Smart Works centres across the UK.

All successful applicants will be required to provide references, have the right to work in the U.K and complete a basic DBS check.
