Salary: £24,596 – £27,109 Per Annum

The role
We are looking for a repairs coordinator on a permanent contract to effectively manage the end to end job delivery highlighting any delays or issues and proactively seek a resolution via the contractors and escalating where appropriate to the contracts manager. To be the point of contact for the business for contractor related chase ups and queries and process payments for all managed contracts.
This role is part of Customer & Communities where you’ll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
What you’ll achieve
- To be a clear point of contact for any initial job chase or issue relating to our core contractors for all stakeholder (CSC and Property Management Team)
- To manage hourly/daily the effective planning and controlling the workload of jobs and re-attends and book jobs in with customers that fits in with the customer expectation/requirement and working within the business areas KPI’s
- Actively track a jobs progress through the journey using the appropriate means and take the required actions to support job completion with customer satisfaction
- Highlight postcodes areas where WIP is increasing and take appropriate action by, highlighting to relevant contractor and other relevant partnership staff
- Responsible for processing contractors’ applications for payment and updating Orbits systems accordingly
