People and Operations Manager
Location: 10-18 Union Street, , London, , SE1 1SZ
Hours: 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE) over 5 days
Salary: £31-33,000 per year
Planned start date: 02.01.2024
The People and Operations Manager is responsible for the management and co-ordination of the HR functions at The Lullaby Trust. The role will also ensure the efficient and smooth running of our Head Office and related equipment and resources.
The main functions of this role will be:
1. To oversee the administration of human resources
2. To provide support to the Chief Executive, the Board of Trustees and sub-committees
3. To oversee the day to day management of The Lullaby Trust’s facilities, resources and core administration functions
