Operations Officer – Part time (32 hours / 4 days per week)

Location: London
Hours: 32 hours per week
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 pro rata working 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) = £18,400-£20,000
Planned start date: July 2021

We are looking for an amazing Operations Officer to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in administration and business operations to gain experience and learn new skills in a growing company with a strong social mission.

As our Operations Officer you will play a key supporting role across all aspects of the business.

You will work closely with and be managed by TSIP’s Senior Operations & Finance Manager. This is a role for a great team player who likes variety, works well under pressure and is willing to help where needed. The ideal candidate is very organised, self-motivated, has great attention to detail, is friendly and a quick learner. Prior experience in a similar role would be helpful but we will provide training.

This is a part-time role in the first instance but there is potential to build towards full-time as the company grows. You can either work 4 full days (9am-6pm, with lunch) or 32 hours across Monday-Friday.

We are committed to building an organisation that reflects our communities and in which people have different experiences, backgrounds and perspectives. We can make reasonable adjustments throughout the application process and on the job.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short online assessment followed by a Zoom interview.
