Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience

Smart Works was founded in Islington in 2013 and we have been delivering our service here ever since. Now the HQ of our growing national charity, this is the centre where we first saw the potential and impact of our service, inspiring us to open more centres and reach more women across the UK.
We are looking for a North London Service Delivery Manager to be a guardian of our ‘best in class’ service. North London is consistently our busiest centre in the UK, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make the centre their own, and be at the forefront of our charities’ continued growth and development.
The face of our North London service, they will ensure Smart Works is embedded in the local community, with a steady stream of clients being referred for our dressing and coaching appointments.
We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships and making things happen. Our ideal candidate will share our passion for helping clients succeed, believe in the power of volunteering and will be a real people-person, who will enjoy meeting new people every day.
The Service Delivery Manager must be a natural relationship builder, who is a confident public speaker. They will also be organised, an excellent multi-tasker and will thrive in a fast-paced office. We are looking for a true team-player, with a proven track record of rolling-up their sleeves and delivering results.
This role has huge potential for development and will grow with the London service over the coming years. We have ambitious targets to help over 3000 women across London in the next year, and in this role, the North London Service Delivery Manager will be a key team player ensuring our clients succeed.
The role would be based in the North London centre with occasional visits to other London centres. These locations are part of Smart Works Charity. There will be some travel to and liaison with the Group to support induction, training and participation in regular meetings, phone calls and conferences with other Smart Works centres across the UK.
All successful applicants will be required to provide references, have the right to work in the U.K complete and a basic DBS check.
