LUV’ing You First Support Group

Our LUV’ing You First support group is aimed at BAME women who have experienced domestic abuse, living within inner city communities in Birmingham (such as Handsworth, Aston, Nechells, Ladywood and Lozells).
We will provide them with a safe space to express their needs, whilst giving them access to gain peer and professional support and develop necessary skills needing to rebuild their lives with activities.
Core activities will be centered around the women’s needs such as coping strategies (i.e., grounding, mindfulness), self-care, building resilience etc., however additional activities will be included and be service user led.
