Job Overview
This is a junior administer role within a busy team who are responsible for managing the day-to-day administration for a contract with the Ministry of Justice. |
Responsibilities & Duties
· You will assist in general admin functions as well as being responsible for providing updates and reports to your peers when required.
· There is a requirement to produce detailed excel spreadsheets and produce reports from the data. · Answering general queries via telephone and email from both internal and external stakeholders. · You will also monitor and order stock for different departments within the business. · You will be responsible for sending all data to the Ministry of Justice via the secure email system. · You will assist the MOJ Coordinators to produce reports, cross refence information, file/retrieve reports, produce MI for our stakeholders. · Basic stock control of items supplied to our Supported Accommodation/MOJ contracts. |

· Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Well organised. · A basic understanding of data and producing reports. · Able to work well under pressure. · Good at multi-tasking. · The ability to prioritise work. · Good computer skills including Word and Excel. · Able to work alone and part of a team. |
Knowledge |
· Basic knowledge of all administrative functions including answering the telephone, sending and re to emails, producing spreadsheets, writing basic reports, learning to use our in-house contact reporting system. |
