Who we are looking for

We are looking for a HR Administrator within the HR department to deliver first line support for our employees. This role will respond to employee inquires, by providing support, assistance and escalation, if needed. This position requires good attention to detail, accountable for quality and has good communication skills.

Pareto has a strong people culture and wants to enhance this even further with the appointment of the HR & Payroll Administrator being the bridge between employees and other departments with all first line HR queries.

Responsibilities Payroll Administration

  • Being the first point of contact for general HR queries
  • Monitoring the People team mailbox
  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Reference checks
  • Right to work checks
  • Managing starter/ leaver paperwork
  • Dealing with day to day queries (e.g. HRIS queries, references, employment letters)
  • Provide all the administration processes associated with the full employee lifecycle, including the hire to retire processes
  • Maintaining employee records in the HRIS

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR
  • CIPD Qualified (level 3 minimum) / working towards
  • Working knowledge of HRIS (People HR is desired)
  • Must be extremely organised and detail orientated with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
