Facilities Management Support Coordinator

Location: Remote/Home Working
Hours: 40 pw
Salary: £22,000
Planned start date: 27/03/23


We are looking for a new member of staff with a can do attitude who is enthusiastic, positive, outgoing, customer focused, willing to help, and always willing to own a problem to completion.

You will be working as part of the Facilities team and alongside Facilities Managers to providing support where needed. To monitor planned and reactive works as appropriate and monitor the management of soft service contracts.

Main Duties:

  • Provision of admin support to both client and company operations, including filing reports and service sheets, following remedial actions
  • To coordinate sub-contractor visits to site
  • Raising PO’s and dealing with invoicing queries for both parties
  • To provide a high standard of customer service in all activities
  • To assist the Facilities Manager in the organisation and auditing of processes, procedures and KPI’s
  • Ordering and stock control of stationary
  • Support the Facilities Manager in the preparation for quotations
  • Room bookings for meetings and minute taking as required
  • To maintain accurate and up to date finance process records for the client
  • Call logging as required
  • Other duties as deemed reasonable by the Facilities Manager


  • Experience working within Facilities would be ideal
  • Customer Service ethos
  • Adaptability to do the work that is required
  • A team player and to always support the customer in every action
  • Develop a strong rapport with client staff
  • Complete low level planned work programmes to schedule
  • Complete all reactive works in a timely manner
  • Be viewed as an integral part of the FM team
