Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) Co-ordinator
Location: 5 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG
Hours: 36
Salary: £37,638
Planned start date: January 2023 – subject to recruitment
You will be part of the Council’s work on domestic abuse. We are at a pivotal part of our work on domestic violence and abuse – we have made great progress in this already, but we have more work to do. You will be supported and surrounded by like-minded colleagues with a shared purpose.
You will work closely with services across the Council to lead our Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) Accreditation process. You will work closely with both frontline practitioners and managers to understand the barriers they face, and you will take an active role with senior leaders to help them gain insight into the bigger organisational challenges and to help them design solutions. You will also lead a weekly multi-disciplinary team meeting for housing staff providing support to domestic abuse survivors.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
