Do you have experience of working within financial services with vulnerable customers or within domestic abuse services? Are you bold and pragmatic and willing to find solutions to complex problems?

Key responsibilities
- To provide consultancy support to financial businesses such as Lloyds Banking Group through SEA’s partnership consisting of, assisting on casework from the domestic and financial abuse team/ vulnerability teams, providing guidance during panel discussions, providing ongoing support and training and reviewing existing training modules.
- Providing additional support on economic abuse to the financial sector to ensure fair outcomes are reached for victim-survivors.
- Provide specialist guidance to the financial sector as they implement the 2021 Financial Abuse Code introduced by UK Finance.
- Support financial services with specific projects and initiatives on improving responses for customers experiencing economic abuse.
