2020 and the first half of 2021 have been tough for most people and COVID-19 has had a huge impact on people both physically and financially. Whilst our care professionals and essential workers are doing a great job, people’s finances are being hit harder than ever. People need more financial education and support and that will continue long after the pandemic is over. Genistar can be the answer to many people’s financial challenges from both a client and a representative perspective.
Throughout this unprecedented time, Genistar has grown by over 100% and when other companies have had to make redundancies, we have recruited thousands of people to work with us to help families on either a full or part-time basis.
With a mission to help thousands of more families in 2021. We are looking for entrepreneurial hard-working people who are passionate about helping people to join our team of nationwide representatives.
People can start part-time and transition to full time as and when it suits them. Part-timers can earn between £500-£1,500 per month working with clients for around 6-8 hours per week and full-timers have the potential to earn more. This is a commission only role with no earning cap and plenty of opportunity for rapid promotion. Many of our full-timers routinely earn between £50,000-£100,000 per year and some even more. You can work from home, online and there are no targets or minimums apart from the goals you set for yourself.
This will be a regulated role. We are looking for representatives to add to our growing coaching team helping thousands of families achieve their financial goals.
