Outreach Worker
Location: Wiltshire
Hours: 18 per week
Salary: £10.82 – £12.00 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications
Planned start date: 4th October 2021
The RISE Trust is seeking to appoint a team member to support our Children’s Centre work across North Wiltshire. This outreach role will focus on engaging and supporting vulnerable parents, so they increase confidence in their parenting skills and learn new parenting techniques, in order to improve their child’s outcomes.

- This post covers the Royal Wootton Bassett, Malmesbury and Cricklade areas
Applicants must:
- Be passionate about supporting social action and outreach in the community.
- Have an understanding of safeguarding policy and procedures
- Have excellent diplomacy and communication skills in order to present information confidently
- Be positive, dynamic, energetic and robust.
- Car driver and use of a car essential
